Events manipulation

A team lead (/co-lead/owner/[mentor]) will need to be able to modify events and rotas individually. Two practical examples:

• Gate lead will need a spanish-speaker on every shift. If people signed up on the wrong shift, the lead will need to shuffle some people around.
• Build lead has events sprawling across a week and a half. A team member now can only arrive later than planned. Build lead or team member should be able to modify said event.

Some questions we will need to answer:

• How will that affect "grouped" shifts (i.e. an event that has 4 people signed up to it)?
  • Perhaps an event can only have one person attached to it, and team leads must clone said events
  • Rota creation tool could create multiple events when more than one volunteer is needed.
  • Not as clean view-wise, but if they share an id, we could visually group them while maintaining separate database entries.
• We will have to implement a notification system, both for volunteers (when one of their shifts has been moved), and for leads (when one of their shifts was filled/emptied/changed)
  • Let user define contact preferences, with default set as "send me an e-mail and a notification on the website"

Take advantage of drag & drop features of fullcalendar

On the left would appear a filtered list of volunteers (those who expressed interest in that field), and further filters (language, dates available, [gender])
