Non-repository data #12

The non-repository data needs to be backed up as well: issues (including labels, milestones, etc.), PRs (including code review), code comments, projects, watchers/stargazers, etc. I suspect that GitHub has many more things I'm not even aware of; I see an "Actions" tab on this repository, for example.

Out of that list, we wanna focus on issues and pull requests.
