Blocks are dropped under the main content, in RTL mode #9

Several pages seems to have the same issue of blocks region that is "dropped" under the main content. On the following pages:

Hi Nadav, I hope you are reading this? I did not realise that Aardvark would not work when in RTL mode as I did not thick the removal of the RTL CSS from Bootstrapbase would matter , I just assumed that the CSS would flip automatically. That is until I found today why RTL was not working in Aardvark! It is because it has the old layout and not the simple LTR layout as Clean and More theme have. I have modified the layouts now so it should work, if you want to try it?

Ooops...I did not see that this was reported in May 2016! Is this still happening?
