Remove Browsersync proxy URL from config.js #21

Config.js is almost project-independent, the only problematic part left being the projectUrl used by BrowserSync to proxy the app.

This value must be fetched from a config file inside the theme (like with scripts-map.js, but this could simply be a JSON file, or even a simple string in a file).
