Update: For Abell2744

(much more realistic sim), this actually became far worse: ~32% of pixels flagged and over 12 minutes per exposure!
While this is now down to a couple minutes and a fraction of a percent, it is still slow enough that we will likely not run LA cosmic and instead run w/ a COMBINE_TYPE: {CLIPPED/MEDIAN}
As the title says - on recent OBA tests running
la-cosmic
w/ different configuration settings, I am consistently getting it to find ~3% of pixels are cosmics and it taking ~7 minutes per image, which is completely unfeasible for the full target stack. Unfortunately passing the masking information did not alter either of these. We need to find a more workable solution for OBA on the float.
