Solution to issue of metacal catalogs not overlaying the coadds

Some of the code changes, e.g. adding SEGMAP to the coadd image stack, may create conflicts with hot/cold mode. We should review before merging.

Seems to work with h/c mode and dual-image mode, so we can merge!
