can u read the other issues please i have. seen this posted like at least 15 times. run on cmd prompt: “path to javaw.exe” -jar obfuscator-1.9.3.jar

how do i do that exactly? i did the path to javaw.exe and -jar obfuscator-1.9.3.jar and it said its not recognized as a command
