Initial drawing of ore mineral size is not consistant with size #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached save game on Alpha Centauri IX
2. Scan and dispatch
3. Notice the two ore spots on the capture. They both are 23 unit big but one
is HUGE and the other is average in drawing size. There seem to be a sizing
problem. May or may not be related to issue 106 (can be a coincidence)

I have tested what happens to both ore when reducing their size as I only have
10 unites out of 50 left in my cargo and in both cases, the correct amount
remaining is 13 and it's shown back at the same smaller size.

This occurs with unmodified UQM as well - I'm pretty sure this is a result of
different scales being used for different elements. Closing WontFix for now -
if someone else wants to alter this please reopen :).

Jaakko, do you think you could take a look at this bug? Even if it was also
present in UQM, I'd rather have it fixed for our release if possible...

I will leave this for version 2: December 31st is drawing near, there are still
a lot of other bugs to squash and no one has even tested the whole game
properly on lo-res. I think I'm gonna play it quickly through on 30th or so in
320x240 for that matter.

I figured out an easy fix, so I could pull it off now after all! r845 should
take care of this matter.
