3do menu icons 1 or 2 px too wide and tall #92

The Radar in HS should completely overdraw th 3do menu icons in HS. However, 
the menu icons are 1 or 2 pixels too wide and tall so the borders of them are 
left visible from under the radar. The 3do menu icons should be narrowed down 
and re-centered.

Fixed. -2px taken from top and bottom.
