Add the ability to turn automatic route calculation on/off in the Route Details sidebar

We'd likely need three things to make this work:

• a toggle or checkbox to actually turn automatic route calculation on/off every time the waypoints change
• a "calculate" button available when auto-calc is off
• some indication that the route on the map is stale / doesn't match the current set of waypoints (this could be just enabling the "calculate" button when the route is stale)
