Send file not work with 3.1 stable #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with 3.1 stable example client.
2. Start a file transfer
3. Remote user accept file transfer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After file transfer was accepted, the actual data transfer should start.
Nothing happen.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Remark: Don't use DC for this version, leave it to 4.0.
