Cannot build project (VS 2010) #327

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open new Project
2. Add Reference and Using directives to MSNPSharp
3. Add one Line of code 'Messenger m = new Messenger();'
4. Try to compile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Its not compiling, instead of, its saying 'The Type or Namespacename 
"MSNPSharp" could not be found.'

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
MSNPSharp: 5.0.4.12034
Win7
.NET 4.0
VS 2010
