Convert: UnableToOpenConfigureFile #16

I've been trying to change the startup logo for my AX100, however I keep getting these errors when converting. The prompt allows me to continue and copy to a drive letter but nothing happens once plugged in, in the car - the car stereo doesn't seem to pick up the files on the USB. I'm having the same issue as far as nothing happening when plugging in, tried reformatting my USB to a few other formats and nothing when plugging it in other than the occasional USB not supported...

I read in another forum (XDA Dev) that the errors are expected: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75166806&postcount=12
