How to flash new firmware only using UART ? #26

Hello, I am looking for help, my radio displays a gray image after updating. My converter is CP2102 ... The question is how to upload a completely new firmware? using UART? Is this possible? Przechwytywanie2

Help me... Sony-Service diagnosed it. Probably need to replace the motherboard, I think it's fake. They don't want to play flashing
