3 years ago This is really late, but hopefully helps others who are struggling:
- Get a USB drive formatted as FAT32 (I used a 64gb one with an 8gb FAT32 partition, it worked fine)
- Open the "changelogo" folder of the download
- get your (800x480 or same aspect ratio, black borders will be added if not) image and put it in the folder - name it something simple
- run createXAVlogo.bat
- enter your file name (with extension-ex: input.png)
- it'll run a thing, might see some errors but it's fine
- enter the drive letter of your drive when prompted (ex: E)
- insert the drive into the head unit USB port
Mine did a scary glitchy-looking fade to black then back and forth black to new logo, I let it do that a few times, removed the USB and the logo was changed!

How would I go about getting a custom startup logo for said head unit. I’m really new to all of this and don’t even know if I’m posting this correctly. Sorry if this is all wrong. Thank you in advance.
