creating a connector instance due to authorization error. #133

1. Fill in "KDC host", but it failed (Kerboers doesn't work here).  
2. remove "KDC host", save -> failed with same message. 
3. Save again, it works. 

Expected behavior: as soon as the KDC host value is removed, the save should 
work (NTLM/basic does work). 

I don't know whether it's the delay or the 2nd try that did the trick.
