SharePoint Connector should support multivalued metadata. #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup multivalued metadata on SharePoint.
2. Crawl the SharePoint site using connector either in meta URL or content feed 
mode.
3. Check the feed using feed file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connector should feed multivalued metadata as follows:

<meta name="MyMeta1" content="value1"/>
<meta name="MyMeta1" content="value2"/>
<meta name="MyMeta1" content="value3"/>

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Connector v 2.6.0
