Not working for my Dell U2414h and Dell U2718Q #87

I tried both compiling from source and the given binary, neither of them worked for me. Those displays are connected via minidp to dp cables and the system I'm using is macOS High Sierra.

But it does work for my dell p2314h

The same issue as you in my U2414h. Did you solve this issue yet?

@lihk11 Hi, thanks for your reply bro. I have tried your version on my MacBook Pro, but it still does not work tho.

@hwanginpen 我刚刚更新了我的mac，发现我的fork确实也不行了，这两天没有时间看代码，过些天等我修复的这个问题，我会再在这里回复你的

The version on this branch works for my U2718Q display just fine... I am running macOS Mojave on MacBook Pro 2017 and the display is connected with a Thunderbolt to DP cable.
