Use GitHub token in release workflow #41

This PR:

The reason for merging release and release-docs workflow is that changes made with GITHUB_TOKEN do not trigger other workflows as described in Github documentation:

When you use the repository's GITHUB_TOKEN to perform tasks on behalf of the GitHub Actions app, events triggered by the GITHUB_TOKEN will not create a new workflow run.

Oh I just realized that I have typo in yml file.
