This PR prepares the repository for open-sourcing.

The usage readme section doesn't cover whole public interface of the library. This library should not be used outside of Superface Team and we want to replace it with one-sdk soon.

[x] Add Github template files
[x] Add contribution guide
[x] Update readme to conform with standard-readme conventions
[x] Add license check job to testing pipeline
[x] Run e2e tests in testing pipeline
