Description

This PR updates SF dependencies to full releases. DO NOT MERGE until:

[x] 1.0.0 release of AST
[x] 1.0.0 release of Parser
[x] 1.0.0 release of OneSdk
[x] 1.0.0 release of CLI
[x] 1.0.0 release of testing-lib
[x] Update recordings and snapshots

Motivation and Context
