feat: `social-media/posts` profile with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram maps #183

Description

This PR adds social-media/posts profile with GetProfilePosts use-case.

Comlink maps for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are part of this PR.

Profile and maps are almost 1:1 copy from superfaceai/social-media-demo repo. Notable changes are:

added tests
polished profile documentation

Motivation and Context

Using GetProfilePosts users can retrieve paginated list of posts from social-media profile.
