Description

Prepares station for continuous testing with testing library 2.1.0-beta.2.

adds new workflow for continuous testing scheduled every day at 6:30PM
adds reporter for development and production
adds new scripts for testing

Motivation and Context

Continuous testing with live traffic.

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
