Hi Julien!

I've updated links from HTTP to HTTPS (all services are using HTTPS now), removed discontinued services (Digg Reader, AOL Reader, Minimal Reader and Feedleap) and updated description of my own BazQux Reader a bit.

Not the best practice, but since we're already here, I've added a fix for Feedly (#99) to this PR as well.

Hi @julien51, almost a year passed. Do you plan to merge it and update SubToMe?
