BazQux Reader support #2

Hi. I've added support for BazQux Reader.

@vshabanov Vladimir, I'm going to close this pull request because we don't wan to add an infinite number of readers to the default. If you want the button to appear for your users, we suggest you implement the registration mechanism.

The default are going to be based on usage only.
