simplified the wordpress-plugin a bit #4

simplified the plugin and changed some parts to be more WordPress compliant

I also added a shortcode [subtome caption="Subscribe"] and a link to the meta-widget.

Dammit. How did I miss that. I just did a couple changes to the plugin myself and I'll now need to do a manual merge :(

tried so... perhaps it would be easier to use an extra rep for the plugin and remove the svn stuff...

So, unfortunately, we must keep the svn stuff because this is required by wordpress for the plugin 'store'. As for creating another repo, maybe that would be a better solution. I need to think about it.
