Clarify the role of SuperfeedrEngine::Engine.base_path #1

It's not completely obvious!

I didn't completely understand what SuperfeedrEngine::Engine.base_path was doing for a while. I ended up figuring it out by seeing each of the entries in my Subscriptions page.
