Detects inline and block comments in an apex class.

Thanks for this, in trying this out I discovered that the original language file doesn't seem to be fully valid anymore, I need to investigate that further first.

Sorry, The problem was with my commit. The latest commit should solve it. You need to delete the existing bundle from TextMate for the changes to get affected.
