Build an application for distributing UMA KPI option tokens using Superfluid. #5

Description:

KPI options are a fascinating way to reward community members based on specific potential outcomes. Many new liquidity mining programs are beginning to use KPI options to incentivize their community toward specific key results. Because KPI options are ERC20 tokens, they can be wrapped and converted into Super Tokens which can be used in Superfluid streams or instant distribution agreements.

We are looking for a team to deploy a KPI Option token contract, then build an application to distribute these ERC20 option tokens using Superfluid streams or instant distribution agreements.

To complete this bounty, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Deploy an UMA synthetic token or KPI option. You can use this tutorial on UMA’s doc site to walk you through how to deploy a KPI option
  2. Build a user interface which enables DAOs to send KPI option tokens to community members using a Superfluid stream or instant distribution agreements.

Bonus points for also building a Super App contract which adds additional back end functionality.

Prize: $2000 in USDC for the top submission that meets all qualifications.

Time commitment: 1-2 weeks

Submission requirements:

  1. Code repository for a working interface which is used to issue or distribute KPI options
  2. A KPI option that is deployed on Polygon's Matic mainnet or Mumbai testnet
  3. A link to a demo video of your interface Bonus points for also building a Super App contract to add additional functionality.

Judging criteria: We will rate this project based on the following criteria, and choose a single winner:

Technical implementation: Did you write working code and deploy an UMA synthetic token?

UX: How is your front end?

Utility: Is this something that DAOs could start using today? Your solution doesn't necessarily need to be production ready, but ideal submissions will also be serious about continuing to work on this hack.

Winner announcement date: November 12th.
