[Feature request] Biome blacklist and more configs

I would like to request the addition of several options, mostly ones normally found in the Customized world type creation screen:

• [x] dungeon count
• [x] enable/disable water
• [x] enable/disable lava lakes
• [ ] a blacklist for biomes
• [x] individually enable/disable:
  • [x] ravines
  • [x] mineshafts
  • [x] temples
  • [x] villages
  • [x] woodland mansions
  • [x] ocean monuments

Won't be adding a blacklist, try biome tweaker for that. Thanks for the other suggestions
