Special fly launch work to give the best experience. fly launch on a modern Phoenix app invokes a Phoenix generator to create a Dockerfile, configure the environment, etc. Rails and Laravel apps get special Dockerfiles, and we ask if you want Postgres or Redis. This is all dev work our framework developers do.
Lots of docs. fly launch works with Rust and Go apps right now, but there's not a lot on fly.io/docs/about those programming languages. Supported runtimes get much more comprehensive documentation.
Content with guides for getting the most out of a framework. These have a special focus on "realtime apps".
We hire multiple people to work on supported runtimes full time. As we grow, we'll be adding more of these.
