HUD text not editable after save #108

Once a page of text for a HUD has been created, there is no way to edit that 
text... the Save button remains ghosted.

This means that in order to fine-tune a page of HUD text, you have to keep 
deleting the page and creating a new one with the edits.

Fixed: HUD tool now uses standard vector widget which does not have this bug.
