pick location vertically offset #139

Kuda2-rc World Editor

after loading a sample model (house_v12, TinyHouse_v07 or ScenarioB_v017) 
clicking in the 3D viewport selects the object about 1.5 inches below the mouse 
cursor.

Chrome 16.0.912.77 m
Win XP-32

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.

Fixed in latest Kuda2, it was an issue with the the picking precision and small 
models. We set a finer default precision.
