Pressure House B Sample Bug #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Pressure House B sample
2. Click the zoom out button to zoom out
3. Click the zoom in button and then click on either the bathroom or the living 
room

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should expect a smooth camera movement to the clicked on location. Instead, the 
camera exhibits weird behavior.

Latest commit to maintenance branch fixes the issue. Changed createViewpoint() 
in the sample to convert opt_fov to radians.

This has been verified and made it into release 1.4.0.
