quick/easy way to test that a trigger has fired #72

It would be helpful if there were some quick and easy way to test that a
condition has been met and that a trigger has fired.

Instead of having to load an object and wire it to fly off screen or whatever,
what about making the screen flash or something similar? Maybe a large
pre-defined HUD would appear for 1/4 second. This would be a preset Action
that could just be triggered and wouldn't need to be created by the user.
...similar to the old beep command.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as
needed.
