HUD doesn't appear after creating pages #74

I have found that sometimes creating a HUD will cause it to display after 
creation, but most of the time the HUD does not display until triggered in 
preview mode.

I just previewed the scene and verified that the HUD does appear correctly when 
triggered.

This may have been caused by different selections in the lower part of the 
selection pane.  Going back through and selecting the right part of the HUD 
hierarchy does cause the HUD to display, so this appears to be a non-issue.
