Timer panel doesn't list all timers #75

It appears that the timer panel only remembers (to list) timers created in the 
current session.  Timers previously created and loaded with the project are not 
listed in the Timer panel.   As a result, older timers are not editable.

Latest commit fixes this bug as well as a few other bugs in Timer tool.
