Add a rotator to an object (for instance a bolt)

add a slow translate to that object so it rises while being unscrewed.

Trigger them both simultaneously

The bolt will rotate, but will not translate

This is believed to be due to my inadequate work on issue 91. I re-opened 91 
and will make this a duplicate.
