Add proper labels to "Verify Account" fee payment transactions #2897

FYI @onvisions

We need to have some better labeling when the Superhero chat is connecting with wallet. Right now the transaction is labeled as "Contract Call" so its rather generic:

True. Design for both general (for any third party dapps) and customized template (for our own trusted dapps) are exisitng. I think this is related to: https://github.com/superhero-com/superhero-wallet/issues/2813#issuecomment-2031515130 and will be solved with the suggested design when it's finalized.
