Implement multiple accounts import for AirGap #3094

Importing multiple accounts from AirGap is not possible currently as we are unable to decode the QR from AirGap. Possibly because it contains data for multiple protocols (even if vault only has Aeternity accounts) while we only support Aeternity at the moment
