1. We have sent multiple time AE crypto transition for test and the receiving party did not have any update (note the transactions were approved)

2. We faced was when I had transfer BTC on the account but they should be displayed there instead they are not allocated. Where did the crypto go? Please check below Transaction ID: 964c3e8fe7fedc86f8fc6937094f77d94c6bab572af7db43d6534c71a9023d38
3. The system looks too buggy and laggy. When it works it is smooth, but sometimes it hangs for 1 min on this screen. What could be the issue? And it is not a random observation since I had this issue multiple times..

4. Why the AE transactions not being possibly be executed because of the balance is not enough to pay the transaction on fee error message. We had I believe enough AE for that transfer (we were testing to send only 1 or 2 AE and we had more available. Why this happening? Please check below

5. Is there any Guideline or process to follow (Q&A) for people who are not that handy with AE or crypto transactions and their problems. It would be great to have that as a side by side helper.

• If the issue is regarding sending via regular aeternity account. I don't see any of these in the screenshot.
• If this issue is about sending via multisig vault. The multisig transactions have to be also sent, not only approved.

• This transaction sent money to those three addresses. That's not something a superhero wallet can do.
• Also it has a different virtual size it is twice bigger than transaction we are doing from our wallet.

So I'm assuming it came from another wallet.

1. Can you please take a look at this wallet history?
2. How this transaction is shown?
3. What address was set as a receiver initially?
