Describe the bug ETH Advanced Tx details could not be visible when TX is in pending status

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send ETH
  2. Open Tx details and check Advanced Tx details
  3. Field could be empty

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

It could be reproducible from time to time on ios and Web.
