Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the app doesn't make it easy to give feedback.

Describe the solution you'd like Something as simple as a link to create a GitHub issue could be a good start.

Describe alternatives you've considered A form that links to GitHub Issues would be great in app, but currently it's out of scope.
