Test and fix limits #10

The arm and turntable limits need to be tested, especially the lower limit to ensure the grabber does not break.

We said we would probably not do the lower limit due to time and complexity. Since we don't pickup from the floor anyway (right?) what if we simplify and say the arm should never move down below 30-40 degrees if the extension is not retracted past some point?
