auth.json file should be configured before to start the stack, not after the docker has starter

@kuuak I think we should not include any "private" or "pro" package by default in our repo, and not make release-belt.superhuit.ch public… no?

@kuuak I agree with @hsmio. I tried to detail this step on the Notion on how to setup a new project (https://www.notion.so/superhuit/Setup-a-new-project-v3-82ae74700ef843d5a0c1608dec76807d?pvs=4#f43e7822c8c74d0fb7def2a4656205b4) so we still have the infos. We can probably improve this documentation for when starting Superstack project locally
