Update wordpress to 6.5 #36

Shouldn't the composer.json be changed as well ? (For the wp-graphql-gutenberg plugin that needed to be updated)

@charl0tee It has, the wp-graphql-gutenberg plugin is installed from our forked version with the dev-master version.
