Plan

A budget consists of the following:

an amount of money
a date range

So basically a budget is affected by events in that particular date range. Budgets can overlap. Maybe the user will be able to select the budget that's displayed in the main view.

At least partially implemented in https://github.com/superjohan/pfm/tree/feature/budgets, but no idea if it works as it should yet. Gonna look into it some more.
