[request]希望在系统设置里加入全局镜像谱面的选项 #30

因本人音游为左撇玩家，CGSS游戏开了镜像谱面选项，此选项为全局选项。而dereguide查看谱面的时候，每首歌都需要手动开启镜像，因此希望在系统设置里加入全局镜像谱面的选项。
