Set the activation key to get the plugin working by default

Cool, I've been missing this plugin. I was afraid lapce had changed the plugin interface in an incompatible way? How is it working for you?

The plugin is working like a charm. I've been following the Lapce editor and today I got the last editor version, and with this PR's changes I could get it working with Lapce 0.2;
