Added -strip to NSString additions #41

Hi there, I've just added a -strip method to NSString additions and thought maybe you'd like to merge it.

Cheers! @mneorr I didn't update the Readme with examples though, should I do it in any future pull requests?

That'd be appreciated. Even tho, the readme as it is will need to be rewritten - it has became a bit bloated.
